«Gesund bewegt» («Health moves»): conception, fundraising, execution, evaluation and coordination of a project for the promotion of mobility via general practice. Main question of the pilot project:
1. How can general practitioners and physiotherapists be motivated on a wide base to integrate the effective approach of medical questioning and consulting in their everyday practice?
2. How can inactive people be «activated» by means of the intervention?

This exchange program is designed to further sustainable development between the cities of Basel and Tschwane (Pretoria, South Africa). ecos heads the adminstration of the ‘Learning from each other’ club. ecos’ responsibilities include project management, operational planing and implementation, and the promotion of the exchange program. The club concentrates on activities in four key areas: energy efficiency, sport and the female empowerment, job creation through recycling bicycles, and youth exchanges.
